On 18th May 2019, 19 students from Prior Park College will be doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.
The walk is 24.5 miles long and takes in over 5,000 feet of climbing. It takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent (2,276 feet), Whernside (2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (2,372 feet) all in one circular route. The challenge is to do this in under 12 hours.
The cost of taking part is £65 and will be paid by the students themselves. Any donations you are kind enough to make will be split between two charities:
Jamie’s Farm: a fantastic charity in Ditteridge which combines farming, family and therapy to help disadvantaged young people get back on track with their lives.
On The Record: another important charity in Bath which provides emotional health and well-being to young people in the area.
Thank you for your support.
